1. General provisions

1.0. The ROSES24.FI loyalty program is owned and administered by ROSES24SUOMI Oy (hereinafter “ROSES24.FI”).

1.1. These terms govern participation in the ROSES24.FI loyalty program for purchases made in the online store at roses24.fi and in the retail store at Atlantinkatu 14, 00220 Helsinki.

1.2. A customer becomes a member of the Program by making a purchase at ROSES24.FI, registering in the system or at join.roses24.fi, and confirming their participation, for example by selecting the relevant checkbox during checkout or in their customer account.

2. Program levels and bonus points

3. Accrual of bonus points

3.1. Bonus points are accrued only on fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements and potted plants. Bonus points are not accrued on discounted products, promotional offers or delivery services.

3.2. If a purchase is paid partially with bonus points, cashback is accrued only on the remaining amount paid with monetary funds.

4. Use of bonus points

4.1. Bonus points can be used to pay up to 30% of the value of the next order, unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular campaign.

4.2. The minimum amount for using bonus points is €5.

4.3. Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or combined with the bonus points of other members.

5. Validity of bonus points

5.1. All accrued bonus points are valid for 12 months from the date of accrual.

5.2. After this period, any unused bonus points are automatically cancelled and cannot be restored.

6. Product returns and bonus points

6.1. When a product is returned, the bonus points accrued for the respective purchase are cancelled.

6.2. If bonus points were used as part of the payment, the points used are not returned to the member’s bonus account.

6.3. A monetary refund is made only for the part of the purchase paid by card or another monetary payment method. Bonus points used for the purchase are not refundable and are cancelled.

7. Changes to the Program terms

7.1. ROSES24.FI reserves the right to amend the loyalty program rules, the structure for accruing and using bonus points, and the Program levels. Members will be notified of changes by e-mail at least one day before the new rules take effect. Changes become effective when published on roses24.fi, unless otherwise stated. Changes do not limit any rights granted to consumers under mandatory law.

8. Limitation of liability and misuse of the Program

8.1. ROSES24.FI is not liable for delays in the accrual of bonus points or an inability to use them to the extent that this results from circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control, such as failures of third-party services, payment systems, telecommunications operators or internet connections. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Finnish law.

8.2. ROSES24.FI may suspend a customer’s participation for the duration of a reasonable internal review or terminate participation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misuse of bonus points, dishonest conduct or a material breach of the Program terms. The customer will be informed of the decision and the grounds for it unless disclosure must be restricted for legal or security reasons. The customer has the right to request a review of the decision through customer support. Bonus points may be cancelled only to the extent that they were obtained through misuse or a breach of these terms.

9. Privacy and processing of personal data

9.1. ROSES24.FI processes members’ personal data in accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Finnish data protection legislation.

9.2. Customers’ personal data is used, on the basis of an applicable legal ground, to administer the loyalty program, accrue and redeem bonus points, maintain purchase history, and send notifications concerning bonus points, changes to the rules and personalised offers.

9.3. To operate the Program, ROSES24.FI may use service providers acting as processors, such as Restaurant Automation Limited and SendPulse Inc., as well as other partners providing IT infrastructure, communications and analytics. Data is disclosed only to the extent necessary for providing the service or complying with the law. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are protected by safeguards required under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

9.4. The customer has the right to request access to their personal data and its rectification or deletion by contacting ROSES24.FI customer support at [email protected]. Personal data within the loyalty program is stored for no longer than 36 months from the customer’s last activity, such as their last login or purchase, unless a longer retention period is required under Finnish or EU law.

10. Dispute resolution

10.1. Questions and disputes concerning the use of the loyalty program or the processing of personal data should first be addressed to ROSES24.FI customer support:

10.2. If a customer considers that their personal data has been processed in breach of applicable law, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Finland:

10.3. These terms and the relationship between the customer and ROSES24.FI are governed by Finnish law and the law of the European Union. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be heard by a competent court in accordance with mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules.
