Loyalty Program

1. General provisions

1.0. The ROSES24.FI loyalty program is owned and administered by ROSES24SUOMI Oy (hereinafter – “ROSES24.FI”).

1.1. These terms and conditions govern participation in the ROSES24.FI loyalty program for orders placed in the online store roses24.fi and in the retail shop at Atlantinkatu 14, 00180 Helsinki.

1.2. Any customer who makes a purchase at ROSES24.FI, registers in the system or via join.roses24.fi and confirms their consent to participate (for example, by ticking the relevant box during checkout or in their customer account) becomes a member of the Program.

2. Program levels and bonus points

3. Accrual of bonus points

3.1. Bonus points are accrued only on fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements and potted plants. Bonus points are not accrued on discounted items, promotional offers or delivery services.

3.2. If a purchase is paid partially with bonus points, cashback is accrued only on the remaining amount paid with monetary funds.

4. Use of bonus points

4.1. Bonus points can be used to pay up to 30% of the value of the next order, unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular campaign.

4.2. The minimum amount for using bonus points is 5 €.

4.3. Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or combined with bonus points of other members.

5. Validity of bonus points

5.1. All accrued bonus points are valid for 12 months from the date of accrual.

5.2. After this period, any unused bonus points are automatically cancelled and cannot be restored.

6. Refunds of products and bonus points

6.1. When a product is returned, the bonus points accrued for the respective purchase are cancelled.

6.2. If bonus points were used as part of the payment, such points are not returned to the member’s bonus account.

6.3. Monetary refunds are made only for the part of the purchase paid by card or other monetary means. If bonus points were used for the purchase, they are not refundable and are cancelled without the possibility of restoration.

7. Changes to the Program terms

7.1. ROSES24.FI reserves the right to change the rules, the structure of accrual and use of bonus points and the levels of the loyalty program. All members will be notified by e-mail at least 1 day before the new rules enter into force. Changes become effective from the moment they are published on the website roses24.fi, unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. ROSES24.FI is not liable for technical failures, delays in the accrual of bonus points or the inability to use them due to reasons beyond the company’s control (including failures of third-party services, payment systems, telecom operators, internet service providers, etc.). Any failures caused by the internal processes of ROSES24.FI are considered force majeure and are not subject to compensation, unless otherwise directly required by mandatory provisions of Finnish law.

8.2. ROSES24.FI reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate a customer’s participation in the loyalty program in case of dissemination of false information, actions damaging the company’s business reputation or public statements containing inaccurate information about the quality of products and services. A decision to block participation is made after an internal review, which should be completed within a reasonable period of time. During the review, the customer’s participation in the loyalty program may be suspended. In such cases, bonus points are cancelled without the possibility of restoration. The customer has the right to request a review of the blocking decision through customer support.

9. Privacy and processing of personal data

9.1. By participating in the Program, the customer agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and applicable Finnish data protection legislation.

9.2. Customers’ personal data is used solely for the purposes of administering the loyalty program, accruing bonus points, maintaining purchase history and sending notifications about bonus points, changes to the rules and personalised offers.

9.3. ROSES24.FI does not disclose personal data to third parties without the customer’s consent, except where required by law. To operate the loyalty program, ROSES24.FI may use third-party services, such as Restaurant Automation Limited and SendPulse Inc., as well as other partner services providing IT infrastructure, messaging and analytics. In such cases, customer data is processed in accordance with the privacy policies of these services and with appropriate safeguards for data transfers outside the EU/EEA (for example, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid legal mechanisms).

9.4. The customer has the right to request access to their data, rectification or deletion by sending a request to ROSES24.FI customer support at [email protected]. Personal data within the loyalty program is stored for no longer than 36 months from the date of the customer’s last activity (last login or purchase), unless a longer retention period is required under Finnish or EU law.

10. Dispute resolution

10.1. Questions and disputes related to the use of the loyalty program and the processing of personal data should first be addressed to ROSES24.FI customer support:

10.2. If a customer considers that the processing of their personal data is in breach of applicable law, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Finland:

10.3. These terms and the relationship between the customer and ROSES24.FI are governed by Finnish law and the law of the European Union. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiations are to be settled by the competent court at the registered seat of ROSES24SUOMI Oy, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.
