We are looking for a sales assistant for our flower shop in Helsinki — someone who enjoys customer service and sales, keeps daily work organised and wants to grow with an international company.

Sales and customer service are at the heart of this role.

You will help customers choose suitable flowers and additional products, handle orders and ensure a smooth shopping experience. This is a sales role, not a florist position, and flower arranging skills are not required.

Schedule
2 days on / 2 days off, full-time

Pay
from €11 per hour in accordance with the applicable collective agreement (TES)

Contract
permanent employment contract

Your role at ROSES24.FI

Your main responsibility is sales and customer service. You will also handle online orders and pass the necessary information to florists and couriers.

  • welcome customers and help them choose suitable products;
  • actively sell flowers, ready-made bouquets and additional products;
  • assist customers in the store and on social media;
  • receive, check and monitor online orders;
  • pass orders and information to florists and couriers;
  • operate the till and handle payments;
  • keep the store clean, attractive and organised.

This role is right for you if

  • you enjoy working with people and helping them;
  • you stay calm when several things are happening at once;
  • you pay attention to detail and finish what you start;
  • you are confident using a computer;
  • your Finnish is sufficient for customer service;
  • you speak English;
  • knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Experience is not the only thing that matters to us.
